Awais I. is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of People and Co-Founder at VASL since February 2018. Previously, Awais held various roles at Carta Healthcare, including Technical Recruitment Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, while also working as a Human Resources Consultant at both Yelp and CBRE. Awais has substantial experience in people operations from tenure at UST, and managed monitoring and evaluation processes as a Manager at UNICEF. Awais began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Executive at MOJAZ Foundation. Awais holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management, an MS in Project Management, and a BBA, enhancing a robust foundation for effective workforce management.
