Eric Chrobak

Eric Chrobak has over 13 years of professional experience. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Moody Bible Institute as a Help Desk, where they pinpointed and provided solutions for network outages that affected 2500+ users. In 2011, they joined Guaranteed Gutters, Inc. as a Sales Associate and Supervisor, where they migrated their CRM from paper to Zoho CRM, developed a Yelp marketing plan, and improved operations processes that reduced labor costs. In 2015, they began working as a Driver for Lyft, providing 200 rides a month with an excellent service resulting in a 5.0 rating. In 2016, Eric started their own company, Ericchrobak.com, where they developed a dispatching application using Zoho Creator to solve scheduling problems local businesses faced, and redesigned a Zoho Creator app using HTML and Zoho Deluge to create a CRM to allow users to effectively manage their job search. In 2018, they began working at Clickx as a Software Project Manager, where they implemented the use of project management and UI prototyping software to reduce the time between feature launches and improve communication regarding development. Eric then joined OneIMS - Integrated Marketing Solutions as a Digital Marketing Technical Coordinator and Sales and Operations Manager, where they implemented client campaigns, automated marketing in Hubspot, developed a streamlined on-boarding process, and standardized processes for development of email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automations. In 2020, they began working at Cloudbakers as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, where they lead discoveries, development, and implementation of Zoho applications and Google Cloud Applications for clients, advised on best practices, architecture, and design of code, processes, and automations, and developed functions and automations in Zoho Applications using Deluge and API. Finally, in 2021, Eric joined Catalyst Connect as an Engineering Manager and Zoho Consultant, where they implemented code reviews, weekly team solution architecting meetings, and new best practices for development, and developed a function using Zoho API to update 100,000 records with a runtime of 5 minutes. Eric is currently working at Vaspian as a CRM Engineer.

Eric Chrobak completed a Bachelor of Biblical Studies at Moody Bible Institute from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) from the College of Lake County from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Science. In 2018, they attended the Flatiron School for Software Development. In addition, Eric holds three certifications: Google Analytics for Beginners from Google obtained in October 2019, CRM Certified Administrator from Zoho Corporation obtained in July 2020, and Desk Certified Associate from Zoho Corporation obtained in July 2020.
