Lisa Margolis is currently the Head of People for VAT IT in the UK, EU, and USA. Lisa also holds the title of Head of Organisational Development for the VAT IT Group and Head of Operations in the UK. Prior to their time at VAT IT, Lisa worked at Care UK as a Regional Trainer. Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Education from the University of Johannesburg in 2004.
