Janice Brooks Faugas

Janice Brooks Faugas is a seasoned professional in the fields of hospitality and wine education. Since 2015, Janice has served as a Professor of English in the MBA wine and spirits program at Vatel Business School, focusing on the application of professional English within the hospitality industry and supporting students preparing for WSET levels 2 and 3. In addition to academic roles, Janice has worked as a local tour guide and wine educator in Bordeaux and surrounding areas since 2010. With extensive experience at Groupe INSEEC since 2000, Janice coordinates the TOEIC program and conducts seminars in wine and spirits. A self-employed translator and teacher since 1999, Janice translates and interprets in French and English while also having a background in marketing from previous roles at Chanel, Inc., and Macy's. Janice holds a DUAD in wine tasting from ISVV Université de Bordeaux and a Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University.
