Chhum Channa

Chhum Channa currently serves as the Compensation & Benefit and Labor Compliance specialist at Vattanac Brewery since February 2024. Previously, Channa held the position of Head of HR Operations at EZECOM from September 2022 to February 2024. Channa's experience also includes roles at Khmer Beverages as Assistant Manager of HR Shared Service and HR Supervisor for Compensation & Benefits from January 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Channa was the HR Team Leader for Compensation & Benefits at Cambodia Angkor Air from December 2015 to January 2018, and worked as a Compensation & Benefit Supervisor and Admin Officer at Viettel (Cambodia) PTE. from June 2010 to December 2015. Channa holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Asia Euro University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
