Camilla Tyboni is an experienced professional who has held various roles in customer experience and business control within different companies such as Vattenfall, Telia, and AssiDomän Packaging AB. Currently, Camilla holds a position as the Head of CX Design at Telia Sverige where Camilla leads the CX design team, service design projects, and drives improvements along customer journeys. Throughout their career, Camilla has also worked as a Creative Director at Customer Experience Insight & Design, a Customer Experience Specialist, a Business Controller, a Product Specialist, and a Risk Manager.
