Tori Reichman is the Chief Customer Officer at Vault Platform. Tori has over six years of experience in customer success and global mobility management.

Tori started their career at MOVE Guides in January 2013 as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for managing the customer success team and ensuring that customers were satisfied with the MOVE Guides platform and services. Tori remained in this role for five years before moving to Topia in January 2018 as the Director of Customer Success EMEA & APAC. In this role, they oversaw customer success operations for Topia's European and Asian-Pacific customers. Tori left Topia in June 2019 to join Vault Platform as the Chief Customer Officer.

In their current role, Tori is responsible for leading Vault Platform's customer success team and ensuring that customers are able to maximize the value of the Vault Platform.

Tori Reichman has a MBA from the London Business School, an Executive Education Course in PR and Communications from New York University, a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in Mental Health First Aider.

They are on a team with Gee Sylvia Kim - VP, Finance & Operations, Rotem Hayoun-Meidav - Co-Founder & CTO, and Emma Jackson - Head of Information Security. Tori Reichman reports to Neta Meidav, Co-Founder & CEO. A direct report to Tori Reichman is and Holly Bossert - VP, Sales.
