Sean Smallwood

Sean Smallwood has been working in the professional world since 2016. Sean began their career at The Background Warehouse, where they served as a Department Manager. In this role, they were responsible for spear-heading the development of a Data location and Data input department, leading a team of individuals to locate, contact and obtain verification information from previous employers, schools, and references, and developing training programs and materials related to the positions within the department.

In 2018, Smallwood moved on to True Auto, LLC, where they served as an Inside Sales Representative. During this time, they worked to provide customers with top notch vehicle warranties, and was in the top three in monthly sales each month they were employed.

In 2019, Smallwood accepted a role at Vault Verify, where they are currently operating as both a Director of Support and an I-9 Subject Matter Expert. In this role, they are proactively leading, coaching, and developing Managers to continually drive effective operational support and an exceptional user experience, monitoring business processes, and ensuring effective communication to leadership on project updates, customer cycle, and expected results. Sean also holds the role of Support Team Lead.

Sean Smallwood has a varied educational background. Sean obtained their High School Diploma from Caesar Rodney High School in 2012. Sean then went on to pursue an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies from Seminole State College of Florida, which they completed in 2021. Sean is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Central Florida, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Sean has obtained two certifications from Skillsoft: "Leading an Innovation Culture to Future-proof Your Organization" in April 2022 and "Business Execution: How Things Get Done" in March 2022.
