Meredith Vadis, MPP

Meredith Vadis, MPP, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Meredith currently serves as the President of Vault Health, where they oversee the company's Workforce Screening Division and manages various teams involved in product strategy, sales, client success, business operations, and performance marketing. Meredith also handles commercial partnerships with product and service vendors and clinical labs.

Prior to their role at Vault Health, Meredith worked at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Meredith held positions such as Regional Administrator, where they led the enterprise and provided executive oversight to division executives and directors. Meredith also served as the Deputy Regional Administrator and Director of Public Affairs, overseeing departments such as Enterprise Initiatives, Human Resources, and Communications.

Meredith also gained experience in the public sector, working for the State of Minnesota as the Chief Operating Officer of COVID Testing. In this role, they helped establish and organize Minnesota's COVID-19 testing ecosystem in response to the global pandemic.

Meredith has also worked on the Transition Team for Governor-elect Tim Walz and Lt. Governor-elect Peggy Flanagan, where they served as the Cabinet Hiring Director, responsible for recruiting and supporting the selection of new leadership for key cabinet agencies in the state.

Earlier in their career, Meredith worked at South Central College as an Adjunct Faculty, teaching American Government courses, and they served in various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, including as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Representative Tim Walz.

Additionally, they played a significant role in Tim Walz's congressional campaign, serving as the Director of Communications and being responsible for developing campaign strategies and managing communications efforts.

Meredith Vadis, MPP has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Writing Intensive English and Political Science from Marquette University. Their educational journey began at Mankato West Senior High School, where they completed their high school education. In 2019, they participated in the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
