Michael McGovern

Michael McGovern has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael started as a Tax/Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate at Dechert LLP in 2008. Michael then worked as a Document Reviewer at Epiq Systems in 2011 and later joined SNR Denton as part of the Health Care Group. In 2013, they became an Employee Benefits/ERISA Associate at Gorlick Kravitz & Listhaus P.C. before moving to Fox Rothschild LLP as an Employee Benefits Associate in 2015. From 2017 to 2020, they served as an Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate at JONES DAY. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy General Counsel at Vault Health since August 2020.

Michael McGovern has a strong educational background in law and history. Michael earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The Johns Hopkins University in 2003. Following that, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree. Michael then pursued further specialized knowledge in the field of law by attending New York University School of Law from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Laws degree with a focus on Tax Law.
