Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Business Analyst who will act as the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives.

They will work alongside product managers and project managers to translate business requirements into Jira tickets and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to review the business requirements and then use that information to support the development of new products, modifications to existing products, and overall process improvements.

For this role you need to have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, challenges the norm and brings deep tech knowledge and a hands on attitude to the team & customer.

​You will:

  • Partner with Product Managers to understand business requirements for new features, enhancements, and changes to existing systems.

  • Convert high-level business requirements into detailed Jira tickets and technical requirements that can be understood and executed by development teams.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that requirements are clear, and timelines and scope are managed effectively.

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, document business process flows, and assist in producing business requirement documents (BRDs).

  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that products meet initial requirements and are of high quality.

  • Conduct analysis to determine the impacts, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions.

  • Work closely with the development team to clarify, analyze, and resolve issues that arise during the development cycle.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Produce reports and presentations to summarise project statuses, challenges, and future roadmap.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new situations.

  • You are an independent, self-driven individual and a fast learner

  • Not afraid to embrace change and open direct feedback loops with continuous iterative improvement

  • Technical marketing or information technology experience

  • Cybersecurity background is a plus

  • Basic understanding of encryption technologies

  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
