Bruno Santos Amaro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Bruno is currently working at Talkdesk as a Principal Product Manager, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager - Platform from May 2022 to May 2023 and as a Product Manager - Platform from June 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Talkdesk, Bruno was involved in the founding and management of Vawlt, a company they co-founded in 2017. In their role as Co-Founder and CEO, they oversaw all aspects of the business, including product development, customer acquisition, and investor relations. Bruno successfully led fundraising campaigns and ensured the company's growth and success until November 2020 when they stepped down from their CEO position but continued as a Product Advisor.

In 2013, Bruno worked as a Mentor and Project Manager at Territórios Criativos, where they provided guidance and support to ongoing projects. Prior to that, they worked at Tec Labs - Centro de Inovação from June 2012 to April 2019, serving as the Coordinator. In this role, they managed a tech-based incubator, mentored projects and companies, taught entrepreneurship classes, and designed a successful program called "ScienceIN2Business" to commercialize scientific research.

Bruno's early career includes roles as a Consultant at both SPI Ventures and Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI) from September 2009 to May 2011. In these roles, they provided consulting services to SMEs, assisting with strategic planning, new product development, and applications for public funding.

Bruno also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London from September 2006 to January 2007, where they provided support in the classroom.

Throughout their career, Bruno Santos Amaro has demonstrated a strong background in product management, entrepreneurship, mentoring, and strategic planning.

Bruno Santos Amaro completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2000 to 2005, they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidade de Coimbra. Afterward, they attended Imperial College London from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a PhD in Process Systems Engineering. Adding to their educational qualifications, Bruno also obtained a certification in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in April 2022.
