Anne Drapeau

Anne Drapeau is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Vaxcyte, Anne chairs the Compensation Committee and contributes to the Nominating and Governance Committee. At Bucknell University, Anne, who has been a trustee since 2019 and served as Vice Chair from 2021 to 2024, was elected Chair of the Board of Trustees in June 2024. Previously, Anne held the position of Chief People Officer at Toast, Inc. for five years and served as CHRO at Moderna Therapeutics. Prior roles include Operating Partner at Bain Capital and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Talent at Iron Mountain, among others. Anne holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
