Jackie Creagh

Jackie Creagh has work experience as a Bioanalytical Scientist at Vaxxas starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Master of Philosophy Candidate at Mater Medical Research Institute Limited from October 2018 to October 2022. During their time as a candidate, their research focused on elucidating a potentially novel binding partner to the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-23 and assessing whether IL-22 could regulate the expression of a protective soluble IL-23R variant. Their findings are expected to contribute to the understanding and treatment of Inflammatory Bowel disease and other immunopathologies.

Jackie Creagh completed a Bachelor of Health Science at Griffith University from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Biotechnology at The University of Queensland from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Jackie is enrolled in a Master of Philosophy program at The University of Queensland, which began in 2018 and will conclude in 2022.
