Justin Spratt

Justin Spratt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked at Morgan Stanley on the Fixed Income Trading Desk until 2004. In 2004, they joined Internet Solutions as a Product Manager and later became a Key Account Manager. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the General Manager - VoIP Mobile & Wi-Fi. In 2009, they became a Board Member at the Wireless Access Providers Association. In 2010, they joined The Silicon Cape Initiative as a Board Member. In the same year, they began working at Quirk, where they held various positions including Agency CEO, Managing Director - Africa, and Chief Growth Officer. At Uber, they took on leadership roles such as Head of Business for Sub-Saharan Africa, Head of Business for the Middle East, Africa & Pakistan, and Director of Business Development. Most recently, they joined Vay as the VP of Business & Corporate Development in 2022.

Justin Spratt completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Finance & Economics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1995 to 1998. In 2006-2007, they attended the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) and obtained an MBA with a concentration in Strategy & Finance. From 2015 onwards, they took courses at the Scotwork Negotiating Skills to enhance their negotiation skills.
