Pankaj Gindodia has extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Pankaj started their career as a Lean Manufacturing Intern at Tata Motors in 2005, followed by an internship in 2007. Pankaj then became a Teaching Assistant in the Physics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008. Pankaj then worked as a Vendor Development Engineer at Actuant Corporation, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement methodologies.
In 2009, they joined Reliance Communications as a Project Coordinator, responsible for IT implementation projects. Pankaj then joined Fundtech in 2010 as a Business Analyst, working on product development and implementation projects for corporate finance and treasury management. Pankaj also played a lead role in the development of the Financial Supply Chain module of the GCP product.
In 2016, Pankaj joined Barclays as a Lead Business Analyst, working on the bank's multi-channel customer communication platform. Pankaj was responsible for sending regulatory and marketing information through various channels.
Currently, Pankaj is working at Vayana Network as a Product Manager, responsible for onboarding and integrations, as well as mapping SCF flows and requirements of Corporate and FI in the product.
Pankaj Gindodia completed their Bachelor's degree in Production at COEP Technological University from 2003 to 2007. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2007 to 2008.
