Damian Suseł

Damian Suseł is a co-founder of thinkAHEAD, a consulting agency that applies evidence-based psychology to business, and has served as a Product Owner/Project Manager at Vazco since June 2019. In this role, Damian collaborates with clients to align project visions and manage development teams while facilitating Scrum processes. Additionally, Damian has been managing a team of tour guides at FREE walking TOUR Foundation since April 2014, enhancing social media communication and recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes multiple roles at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from project management and Agile transformation training to managing language education programs. Damian holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and Bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences from KU Leuven and European Diplomacy from the University of Wroclaw.
