Rendel Solomon

Rendel S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, finance, and brand strategy. Currently serving as Program Director and Senior Program Advisor at VC Include since September 2022, Rendel advises on a flagship Fellowship program for diverse first-time VC and PE fund managers. Previously, Rendel founded One Stock One Future, aimed at educating under-served youth on stock ownership. As a Strategic Advisor and Vice President of Operations at Goalsetter, Rendel contributed to financial literacy initiatives. Rendel held multiple roles at Muller & Monroe Asset Management, notably as Managing Director, overseeing private equity investments for institutional pension funds. Additional experiences include brand management in the music industry and project management at Procter & Gamble. Rendel holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University.
