Lynsey Monroe

Lynsey Monroe currently serves as the Joint DE&I Lead and Head of Learning and Development at VCCP, a role held since August 2019, including various interim leadership positions in DE&I. Prior to this, Lynsey was a Learning and Development Manager and Advisor at Ogilvy from March 2018 to August 2019, and a Learning and Development Advisor at Universal Music Group from April 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Notre Dame as a Receptionist/HR Administrator and at Deakin University as a Corporate Centre Assistant. Lynsey holds degrees from the University of Glasgow in Psychology and a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching, along with a current short course in Inclusive Leadership with Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
