Rekha Venuthurupalli

Rekha Venuthurupalli is the Vice President of Human Resources for vCom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Venuthurupalli is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, mainly focused on People & Culture along with HR Operations, Talent Management, Office Admin, Training and Development.

Ms Venuthurupalli has over 15 yrs of human resources experience and worked in various industries like Mortgage, Banking and Home Health Care.

Ms. Venuthurupalli is passionate about working with young children in the AVID Program (which stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination, is a nonprofit college-readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college) and has been volunteering as tutor for over 5 yrs at one the middle schools in the SRV Unified School District and is involved in various community outreach programs in the East Bay.
