Conor Hanlon

Chief Culinary Officer at VCR Group

Conor Hanlon has a long history of experience in the hospitality industry. Conor began their career in 2005 as a Lead Line Cook at Havana Blue. In 2006, they moved to Chanticleer Restaurant as a Sous Chef. Conor then joined The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud in 2008, where they served as Executive Sous Chef of both DB Bistro and DB Brasserie. In 2011, they joined NoHo Hospitality Group as Chef de Cuisine of The Dutch Miami. In 2013, they joined W Hotels as Executive Chef. In 2015, they moved back to NoHo Hospitality Group as Culinary Director. Most recently, in 2021, they joined VCR Group as Executive VP of Operations and Partner. At VCR Group, they work to create consumer-centric experiences through unmatched hospitality by combining old-world hospitality with modern-day technology.

Conor Hanlon attended SUNY Oneonta from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts.
