Susana de Jesus

Susana De Jesus serves as the Head of Human Resources at VCST Industrial Products since June 2018, leading efforts in talent acquisition and retention within a world-class automotive supplier. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Human Resources at thyssenkrupp from March 2016 to May 2018, managing various HR functions in a multinational conglomerate. Prior to that, Susana held the position of Human Resources Director at Continental, starting as an Organizational Development Coordinator and overseeing a team of HR Specialists. Early career experience included a training position at Thales Digital Identity and Security. Susana holds a Master’s degree in Senior Management from Universidad Iberoamericana León, a certification in Executive Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos.
