John van Soerland

John van Soerland is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership positions across several companies. As the Founder and Owner of Pegasus' Son since July 2009, John has previously served as CEO of VDL Nedcar and Senior Vice President at VDL Groep from February 2021 to July 2024. John also held the position of Managing Director at VDL MPC and Vice President Operations at Philips during a tenure that lasted from August 2009 to December 2019. In earlier roles at NXP and Philips, John gained extensive expertise as Vice President & General Manager and contributed to various engineering and management functions. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has furthered education at ESSEC Business School and SIOO.
