Unit Head, Service Management (technical Support) at VDT Communications Limited

Olayinka Falowo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2013 at Merit Telecoms, Olayinka worked as a Business Development/Client Service Officer. In this role, they assisted in closing new business deals, coordinated requirements, and identified potential customers.

In 2014, Olayinka joined VDT Communications Limited as a Technical Support Executive. They then progressed to become the Team Lead for Vendor Management, where they were responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.

Later on, Olayinka took on the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator, where they were in charge of coordinating various service management processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

In 2017, Olayinka became a Technical Lead for Service Delivery, contributing to the efficient delivery of services. They then took on the role of Incident Manager in 2020 before transitioning to their current position as the Unit Head for Service Management, overseeing technical support and service delivery.

Olayinka Falowo's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Lagos, obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics and Electronics from Adekunle Ajasin University, completed from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Olayinka Falowo has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in fields such as Business Analytics, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Corporate Sales Fundamentals, Design Thinking, ITIL Foundation Level, Negotiation Associate, Project Management Professional, Radio Frequency Engineering, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Professional.
