Sam Schilling

Sam Schilling has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and security. Sam is currently working as a Principal Software Architect (Security) at Vecima Networks Inc. Sam previously held roles at Skybox Security as a Solutions Architect and Cyber Security Engineer (PS). Prior to that, they worked at Kudelski Security as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they gained extensive experience in working with F5 Networks modules and platforms. Sam also worked as a Network Engineer at Carlson and as a Systems Support Analyst at Old Dutch Foods. Earlier in their career, they served as a System Administrator at various organizations, including Yourzcek/Schilling and Associates, QualxServ, and Cargill.

Sam Schilling attended North Hennepin Community College in 2007, where they studied College Generals. In terms of additional certifications, Sam obtained various certifications from F5 Networks, including F5 Certified Administrator, BIG-IP, F5 Certified Solution Expert, Security, F5 Certified Technology Specialist, Access Policy Manager, F5 Certified Technology Specialist, Application Security Manager, F5 Certified Technology Specialist, BIG-IP DNS, and F5 Certified Technology Specialist, Local Traffic Manager. Sam also obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) certification from Cisco in 2011, and the CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA A+ (IT Technician) certifications from CompTIA in 2010 and 2007 respectively.
