Monique van Dijk

Monique Van Dijk has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Monique is currently the Director of HR at Veco Precision, a world-leading manufacturer of micro-precision parts. Prior to this, Monique was the Owner and Managing Consultant at MOVD Ontwikkeling in Werk, where they provided consulting services. Monique also worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at ENERCON and held various positions at Staatvandienst, FERM Power Tools, -Wezo-, wehkamp, Adecco, and Arbeidsbureau Deventer. Throughout their career, Monique has demonstrated expertise in HR management, project management, and business development.

Monique Van Dijk attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Akademie Mens Arbeid; Arbvo P&O. Monique also completed a Post HBO program in Appreciative Inquiry Basis at the Instituut voor Interventiekunde in 2018. In 2019, Monique Van Dijk took the Basismodule "Werken met Positieve Gezondheid" at the Institute for Positive Health. Additionally, they obtained a Post Bachelor degree in Register Case- & Caremanager from CS Opleidingen in 2011. Monique Van Dijk completed their HAVO (Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs) at R.S.G. Erasmus Almelo from 1979 to 1984, and VWO 5 at the same school in 1984-1985. Monique Van Dijk also participated in a Collegereeks Bedrijfskunde voor HR at Nyenrode Business University in 2022.
