Braj has a strong background in sales, operations, client management, and CRM practices. Nayak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
