Sana Ayromlou

Sana Ayromlou is an accomplished machine learning specialist with extensive experience in research and development within the field of deep learning and medical image analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Machine Learning Specialist at the Vector Institute since May 2023, Sana previously held roles as a Machine Learning Intern and Graduate Research Assistant at UBC Robotics and Control Laboratory from September 2021 to October 2023, focusing on innovative deep learning solutions. Additional experience includes a teaching assistant position in the Master of Data Science program at The University of British Columbia and undergraduate research roles at Sharif University of Technology and EPFL, contributing to state-of-the-art projects in dementia prediction and vehicle trajectory prediction, respectively. Sana holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
