Karen Ahrens

Karen Ahrens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business management. As the Proprietor and Founder/Owner of Magnolia Grace Ranch since October 2017, Ahrens has successfully overseen the operations of the business. Previously, Ahrens served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager/PM at Vector Talent Resources and at 365-Sources WOSB, managing full life-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions while supporting significant task orders for the DIA Enterprise. Ahrens's entrepreneurial background includes ownership of Daddy Rex's Twisted BBQ, where responsibilities included business planning and marketing strategy development. Earlier career roles at Brinker International and CRO, Inc. involved project management and marketing campaign execution. Ahrens holds an Associate degree in Business Marketing from Brookhaven College and has completed coursework at Texas Tech University.
