Catherine Guinon

Catherine Guinon has been in the digital industry for over 25 years. Catherine began their career in 1996 at Amway as a Digital Content Advisor and a Sr. Premedia Specialist. In 2009, they were promoted to Portfolio Manager, Product Owner/Digital Lead, Manager of Digital Platforms & Operations and Manager of Localization & Content Management. In 2021, they joined Vectorform as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have managed multiple Agile Product Teams, enabled Agile practices, coached teams, and helped define process. Catherine has also been responsible for Product Ownership and Management of the Global Customer Care Solution, leading departmental and inter-departmental initiatives, liaising between multiple departments and affiliates, reviewing and approving final color on all print pieces, and providing training on technical quality standards and guidelines.

Catherine Guinon's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Geology from Florida State University, which they obtained between 1982 and 1986. Catherine also holds several certifications, including Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile, which they obtained in July 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2019, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2015.
