Ian Young

Ian Young has held a variety of roles in the automotive, retail, and technology industries. In 2002, they began their career as a Design Intern at Tower Automotive before moving to SKF as a Design Co-op in 2004. In 2007, they joined Lockheed Martin and held roles as a Multi-Functioning Manufacturing Supervisor and Operations Engineer Leadership Development Program. In 2011, they assumed the role of Financial Analyst at Target, and in 2012 they became a Vehicle Line Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. In 2015, they joined Faurecia, where they held the roles of Vice President - Sales and Program Management, Strategy and Project Director, and Deputy Plant Manager. In 2020, they became Of Counsel - Strategy and Innovation at Radian Partners, and in 2021 they assumed the roles of Principal Consultant and Executive Director and Innovation Director at Vectorform.

Ian Young received their MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2006. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Learning Microsoft Project from LinkedIn.
