Colleen McLoughlin

Colleen McLoughlin is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in onboarding and employee relations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Vectorworks since September 2017, Colleen manages the international onboarding program and conducts onboarding meetings for newly hired employees. Prior experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Videology, Inc., where Colleen managed onboarding and benefits enrollment for new hires and developed orientation presentations. Colleen also served as an HR Business Partner at Agfa Healthcare, overseeing the entire onboarding lifecycle and handling employee relations issues. Early career experience includes roles at Agfa Healthcare as an Associate HR Representative and at The Container Store as a Sales Associate. Colleen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from the same institution.
