Gregory Rocha

Gregory Rocha is an experienced operations and engineering leader with a robust background in managing product operations, logistics, and supply chain processes. As the Director of Operations at Vectra AI since November 2015, Gregory has directed global logistics for network hardware, optimized warehouse operations through partnerships with OEM suppliers, and developed custom modules in Salesforce for inventory and order management. Prior to Vectra AI, Gregory held senior director and engineering director roles at HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper Networks, focusing on cross-functional teams in product development and technical compliance. Gregory's extensive tenure at Cisco Systems involved managing engineering operations for multiple generations of networking products, and earlier experience includes leading an engineering team at UL Solutions. Gregory Rocha holds an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Santa Clara University.
