Bryon Graminski

Bryon Graminski has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Bryon started their career at Sherbut Carson Claxton & Associates as a Land Survey Technician, where they assisted with field operations and maintained inventory. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Heck's Construction, initially as a laborer and later moving up to the position of Construction Foreman. Bryon'sresponsibilities included material procurement, labor management, equipment maintenance, and concrete finishing. During this time, they also worked as a land survey technician in the afternoons and evenings. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Shop Supervisor at Grand Rental Station. Bryon then joined Aplin Concrete & Seal Coating as a Concrete Finisher from 2011 to 2013. In 2012, they started working as a Project Engineer at The Korte Company. In 2014, they joined Lithko Contracting, LLC as a Project Coordinator and was later promoted to Senior Project Coordinator in 2017. Bryon'smost recent position is with Vee-Jay Cement Contracting Co., Inc., where they are currently serving as the Director of Project Management & Estimating since May 2021, after initially working as a Project Manager/Estimator from 2019 to 2021.

Bryon Graminski earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Art and an Associate Degree in Science from Southwestern Illinois College from 2008 to 2011, with their field of study being Business Administration and Management. In May 2014, they obtained the certification of Associate Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors.
