Nina van der Beugel

Nina van der Beugel is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition Global at Veeam Software since March 2023, Nina has previously held key roles at L'Oréal, including Talent Acquisition Director for the UK and Ireland, as well as positions such as Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Manager. Prior to that, Nina worked at Google as a Sales Recruiter and at Bloomberg as an Entry-Level/Senior Software Development Recruiter for the EMEA region. Nina's career began as an HR Assistant at ITN. Academically, Nina holds an MA in CIPD from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Leeds.
