Veev is leading the way in the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on site while delivering both a more sustainable and higher quality final product than traditional construction. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

Veev is seeking an experienced and innovative Training & Development Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a strategic, creative problem solver with proven experience building training programs for engineering, construction, and quality. As Training Manager, you will collaborate with various leaders and departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Your responsibilities will include identifying training needs, creating training plans, and implementing development programs across the organization. with the goals of enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

● Identify current and future training needs in alignment with Veev’s organizational goals
● Design and create SOPs and training plans in partnership with team leaders and the People team
● Deploy training plans tailored to individuals, teams, and departments
● Conduct and facilitate orientation and training sessions
● Monitor and evaluate plans’ effectiveness
● Manage training budget effectively
● Track and record training completion by employees
● Keep abreast of training developments, best practices, technology and resources Qualifications
● Familiarity and experience with a variety of training methods and learning and skills management systems
● Proven track record of designing and implementing training programs
● Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage many tasks at once
● Skilled in technical writing
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strategic, creative problem solver
● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
● Spanish proficiency is preferred Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the associate to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Some travel required. Finger dexterity is necessary.
