Lilian Agbaria Schor

Lilian Agbaria Schor has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lilian started their career in 2012 as an HR Recruiter at L.M. GROUP, where they implemented college recruiting initiatives and developed measurable facets of the hiring process. In 2013, they worked as an HR professional at Total Recruitment Solution, contributing to various HR activities. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an HR Specialist at utrade group, focusing on HR tasks. Lilian then joined TOYGA in 2016 as a Senior HR Specialist, where they sourced and recruited candidates for different departments and teams. In 2019, Lilian moved to Reali as an HR Manager, and later that year, they joined Veev as a Human Resources Manager. At Veev, they played a key role in building the HR department from scratch in the IL site and implemented HR processes aligned with the company's strategy. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director at Veev. Throughout their career, Lilian has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and HR strategy implementation.

Lilian Agbaria Schor pursued their education at Tel Aviv University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from 2009 to 2012. Later, in the years 2013 to 2014, they continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master's Degree in Labor Studies.
