Justin Lai

Justin Lai is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Veeva Systems since August 2021, Justin previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Certent, an insightsoftware company, from September 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, Justin worked at IBM as Lead Offering Manager for Enterprise Disclosure Management from February 2011 to August 2017. Justin's career began at Clarity Systems, where roles included Product Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant from January 2005 to February 2011. Justin holds an Honours BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed between 2000 and 2004.
