Ido Eliashar

Ido Eliashar is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the alternative protein and food technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Business Development and Business Advisor at PoLoPo, Ido focuses on the innovative production of animal proteins in plants. Additional roles include being the FoodHack TLV Ambassador and an Advisory Board Member at Vegan-Friendly, where Ido has led significant vegan product launches in Israel. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Remilk, where Ido worked with global companies on fermentation products, and Founder of Health and FoodTech TLV, promoting a community aimed at sustainability. Additional experience includes contributions to Forbes, a role at INVIOU focused on blockchain solutions for SMBs, and operational leadership at Muvix Media Networks. Ido holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from Reichman University.
