Paolo Biscaro

Paolo Biscaro, MBA, has extensive work experience in finance and management roles across various companies. Paolo currently serves as the Finance Director EMEA at VSG, a Dover Company. Prior to that, they held the position of Finance Director - New Business Development at Ideal Standard International NV, a multinational and PE-owned company. During their time at Ideal Standard, they also served as Head of Operations Finance, Finance Partner for restructuring projects, and Head of Manufacturing Finance. Before joining Ideal Standard, Paolo worked as the Deputy CFO at Selcom Group and General Electric. Paolo also gained experience as a Senior Controller at Franklin Electric and as a Business Controller & IT Manager at Manifattura Valcismon. Paolo started their career as a Junior Financial Controller at Diadora Sport SRL.
