Marissa McCoy

Marissa McCoy has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Special Education Teacher at Dunbar Senior High School in 2009. Marissa then moved on to KIPP DC in 2011, where they held the role of Vice Principal. In 2018, they became Co-Owner of Beltsville CrossFit, and in 2020, they took on the role of Assistant General Manager at Heidebreicht Chevrolet. Currently, they are President of Vehya.

Marissa McCoy began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2008, they completed an MSc in Accounting and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2009, they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from George Mason University in the field of Special Education and Teaching.
