Gro Bakstad

Gro Bakstad has been a board member since 2010. She heads the audit committee. Bakstad is a civil economist and state authorized auditor from the Norwegian School of Economics.

She is CEO of Vy, and has previously held leading positions within economics and finance at Ocean Rig, ProCorp and Posten Norge. In 2007, she received the award "Financial Manager of the Year". Gro Bakstad is also a board member of DNB Bank ASA.
