Rolph de Jong

Rolph de Jong is an experienced Data Engineer and GIS-specialist at Gemeente Haarlem since May 2012. Additionally, Rolph has been serving as a Geografisch Plotter CoPI & OT at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since March 2015, where responsibilities include creating the "geografisch beeld" during crises or emergencies, both at the incident site and within command and operational centers.
