Emily McCartney

Emily McCartney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily began their career as an Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Assistant at The Cooperating Community Program Inc in 2006, where they maintained confidential information, responded to client inquiries, and prepared staff trainings.

In 2009, McCartney took on the role of Clinic Supervisor at Dr. Cully R. White, Neurosurgery and Spine, S.C. Emily'sresponsibilities included managing scheduling, handling doctor's correspondence, and updating credentials and insurance.

From 2011 to 2013, McCartney volunteered at The JJ Watt Foundation, developing after-school programming for underserved children and coordinating fundraising events that raised over $20,000.

In 2012, McCartney joined Vein Clinics of America as an Office Manager, ensuring smooth patient flow and maximizing provider schedules. Over the years, they progressed to Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement and Optimization and Director of Business Process Improvement and Optimization. In their current role, Regional Director of Operations, they are responsible for overseeing operations within a specific region.

In addition to their formal education, Emily obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Vein Clinics of America in May 2018 and a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in October 2015.
