Suresh Thanikachalam

Suresh Thanikachalam began their work experience as an Embedded Software Developer and Engineering Manager at Motorola in November 2000. Suresh remained in this role until June 2012. From June 2012 to November 2018, Suresh worked at NYSE as a member of the Equities Trading Software Development Team. Following their time at NYSE, they joined Allston Trading in November 2018 as a Senior Futures Trading C++ Team member, and they held this position until February 2020. Currently, Suresh is employed at Vela, where they are a part of the Trade Execution Software Team since June 2020.

Suresh Thanikachalam completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, between the years 1994 and 1998. Suresh then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed in the years 1998 to 2000.
