Almas Hassan

Almas Hassan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Admin Manager and Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Velaa Private Island in the Maldives since August 2014. Previous roles include Butler Coordinator at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces from November 2008 to November 2009, and Villa Host at Conrad Hotels & Resorts from May 2005 to August 2008. Almas began a career in hospitality with an apprenticeship at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts between 2004 and 2005. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Suffolk, completed in December 2022, and studies at The Maldives National University from 2012 to 2013.
