Rav Hayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory roles across various luxury and lifestyle brands, including Bang & Olufsen and Velaa Private Island. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Crown London Aspinalls and a VIP Advisor at StockX, Rav holds multiple advisory positions and committee memberships, notably with UNiDAYS and The Ned. Previously, Rav was the Global Growth Director and Global Corporate Director at Quintessentially, a leading luxury lifestyle group, and held senior leadership roles at Blackhawk Network and HEAT. Rav Hayer graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham and completed A-Levels in Further Mathematics, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
