Elaine Halliday

Elaine Halliday has extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and operations. Elaine currently serves as the Managing Director at Velligan-Blaxall Consultants, LLC, overseeing project and client management for deposit and loan behavior analysis services. Prior to this, Elaine held the same position at MountainView-McGuire. With a background in Marketing as well, Elaine has also worked as a Marketing Manager at IPS-Sendero. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish/French from Texas State University and a Master of Arts in International Management/Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
