Micael Holm

Micael Holm has extensive experience in the property and local strategy sectors, currently serving as Lokalstrateg at Vellinge kommun since September 2021. Prior to this role, Micael worked as Lokalstrateg at Svedala kommun from December 2015 to August 2021 and as Fastighetschef at Simrishamnsbostäder AB between October 2011 and December 2015. Micael's career began at Malmö stad, Hyllie SDF as Lokalsamordnare from 1995 to 2000, followed by roles as Fastighetsekonom at Lundafastigheter (2000-2005) and Förvaltare externa fastigheter at Region Skåne (2005-2011). Micael holds degrees in Building Engineering, specializing in House Construction, from both Hässleholms tekniska skola and Österängskolan Kristianstad, and has supplemented education at Lunds Universitet.
