Brady Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brady began their career as a Logistics Intern at Martori Farms, Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Rep at Cintas, where they played a key role in expanding the customer base and adding business to current customers.
From 2014 to 2016, Brady worked as a Member Sales Representative at Angie's List, where they provided customer service to members and sold memberships and deals to prospective members.
In 2015, Brady joined DoubleMap as a Business Development Representative, and later became a Sr. Account Executive. Brady led a sales team and helped expand the company's client base by traveling for onsite visits, presentations, and partner meetings. Brady achieved outstanding sales results, securing over $6 million in revenue and setting company records.
In 2019, Brady moved to Prolific as a Sr. Account Executive, where they helped create outbound sales team tactics and processes, identified prospective clients, and closed over $300,000 in business within the first year.
Following that, Brady joined TransLoc in 2020 as a Sr. Account Executive, managing a sales team and implementing successful sales strategies. Brady played a crucial role in maintaining a steady pipeline and contributing to a revenue of approximately $1 million.
In 2021, Brady transitioned to Optibus as a Regional Director, contributing to the improvement of mass transportation operations through their SaaS platform. Brady provided detailed insight into operations, on-time performance, and costs, and significantly contributed to the growth and success of the company.
Currently, they work at T2 Systems as a Regional Sales Manager.
Brady Young attended Wabash College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Rhetoric.
